SUBJECT – SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the online sale of products available to the CUSTOMER on the Solarify website.
Placing an order on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the CUSTOMER. By confirming an order, the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Solarify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one presented at the time of the CUSTOMER’s order.
PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Solarify website at the time of order, subject to stock availability. Due to real-time inventory turnover, product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, the CUSTOMER will be notified accordingly.
Product listings on the website are described with the utmost accuracy. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the actual product due to digital rendering variations.
PRICES
Prices listed on the website are fixed and final. They are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), based on the selected currency, and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. These will be detailed in the order summary before final acceptance by the CUSTOMER.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight or volume of the shipment, as determined by Solarify or its shipping partners.
Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order confirmation. Solarify reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Discounts or promotions are only applicable during the advertised promotional period and will not be retroactively applied.
ORDER PROCESS
Solarify provides a user-friendly platform for browsing and selecting products. The ordering process follows three main steps:
Product Selection: The CUSTOMER chooses from available products. Solarify confirms item availability.
- Customer Information: The CUSTOMER provides necessary details (name, contact information, billing and shipping address) and creates a secure personal account using an email and password. This login information must remain confidential and is considered legally binding.
- Order Review and Confirmation: A full summary of the order, including selected items, shipping details, and total cost, is presented for final confirmation. The CUSTOMER must approve the Terms and Conditions by clicking “Accept” to proceed to payment.
Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway. Once payment is confirmed by the bank, the order is finalized and the CUSTOMER receives an email confirmation from Solarify. A shipping notification follows once the order is dispatched.
Solarify reserves the right to reject any order in case of prior payment issues, unresolved disputes, or suspected fraud.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars and are processed through Solarify’s secure payment partner. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard. The CUSTOMER must provide valid card details at checkout, including the card number, expiration date, and security code.
The CUSTOMER’s bank account will be charged at the time of shipment. Additional banking, exchange, or customs fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER. Customers are encouraged to check with their bank and customs office for applicable charges.
DELIVERY
Products are shipped via trusted national or international carriers. Delivery times are typically 1–8 business days within Canada and 3–15 business days internationally, depending on destination. These timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Products travel at the CUSTOMER’s risk. Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must inspect items and note any damage or discrepancies on the delivery receipt. All issues must be reported to the carrier by registered mail within 7 days of delivery.
If no claim is made within this timeframe, the delivery is considered accepted and no refund or replacement will be granted.
If a delivered item is defective or incorrect, the CUSTOMER must initiate a return through their account and send the product to the same address in its original condition with the invoice and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Solarify will either replace the item or issue a refund, subject to stock availability.
Important: Signing the delivery note confirms acceptance of the shipment as-is. Damage claims will not be honored after signature. In cases of visible or suspected damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
CLAIMS
All packages are carefully inspected before shipment. Solarify’s responsibility ends once the item is handed over to the carrier. For loss or damage during transit, the CUSTOMER must file a claim with the shipping carrier unless insurance was purchased.
RETURN POLICY
If a CUSTOMER is not satisfied, they have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s). A 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be:
- In unused, original condition
- With all original packaging, labels, and invoice
Return shipping is at the CUSTOMER’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
A return authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Solarify before returning any item. Clearly label the package with this number. For repair or exchange inquiries, contact us at info@solarify.ca. Repairs unrelated to shipping damage are the CUSTOMER’s responsibility.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Solarify’s Customer Service. Approved cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
LIABILITY
Solarify provides products as-is and is only obligated to ensure best-effort fulfillment. The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended use. Solarify is not liable for misuse or improper installation. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product and does not cover indirect damages.
FORCE MAJEURE
Solarify is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, supply shortages), and no compensation will be issued under such circumstances.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, product descriptions, and logos displayed on the Solarify website remain the exclusive property of Solarify. No part may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use is subject to legal action.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for keeping your account login and password confidential. Any order placed using your credentials is considered legitimate. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify Solarify immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for security or policy reasons without prior notice.
