Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from solarify.ca, and the product is not marked as a final sale item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with all labels, accessories, and manuals included.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included in the return package.
- Returns must be authorized in advance by Solarify and must include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly marked on the parcel.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- All return shipments must include tracking and proof of delivery, containing the shipping date, number of packages, and recipient address.
Solarify reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by our Customer Service Department. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the order status and processing stage.
